CANCELLATION POLICY, RETURN POLICY, AND REFUND POLICY:
Unavailability of Service: If, for any reason (illness or personal circumstances), I am unable to conduct your reading, a full refund will be provided, and you will be kindly asked to re-book through my website.
Appointment Cancellation: If you cannot attend your appointment, efforts will be made to reschedule it. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required.
Cancellation Fee: Failure to give at least 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of your appointment fee. No-shows and late cancellations will not be rebooked until full payment for the next session has been received.
Refund Policy: Refunds will only be provided if the actual session has not been performed. No refunds will be issued based on personal preferences regarding the reading or returns.
DELIVERY:
Delivery of email readings typically takes between one (1) to three (3) days but may take up to seven (7) days. Delivery of the session can be made via email, WhatsApp call, Zoom, Skype, or (in the instance of Reiki sessions) could also be done without any means of physical or online connection, depending on your chosen method during the booking process.
